Open Run

Despite having over 25 obstacles, running is a big part of OCR! The Canonicus trails are home to the Find Your Bold area on the property. The bootcamp has a mix of flat and technical trails along with a few hills that can be used for sprint practice.

Meet Coach Alex

I signed up as a volunteer and ran for my first BoldrDash event (I still have the t-shirt) at Yawgoo. It was brutal. By now I have done almost every version of BoldrDash since then; In the Mud, At the Beach, Winterdash, and now at Canonicus Camp. I have completed races for multiple different race organizers and BoldrDash always stands out not only for their variety of obstacles, but for constantly adding challenging obstacles.
Currently I am a Physics and Math Teacher in Pawtucket. I like to spend my weekends with my girlfriend and our new pup, going for bike rides, and, of course, doing BoldrDash bootcamps.

Meet Coach Erica

Erica is an avid obstacle racer.  she started participating in BoldrDash events in 2014 while starting a new fitness journey. Since then she has run over 50 races, climbed vast mountains, jogged and then ran countless miles! Erica says her favorite part of BoldrDash is the community because they are always there to lift you when you aren’t strong enough to do it yourself (sometimes literally). Erica also loves motivating people and watching them on their fitness journey.
