QUALIFIER WAVES
Qualifier Waves will be running at the start of the day. All runners will be given a band and obstacle completion is mandatory to qualify. If an Obstacle offers multiple levels - most difficult level must be completed.
PRO: Top 3 men and women in the qualifier waves
AG: Options will be available as we learn more from OCR World's
OPEN WAVES
Open Waves begin at 9:30am.
Not looking to qualify for World's but still want to challenge yourself out on the course? - Join the 9:30am wave.
All other Waves will offer official timing, however it is your choice - Walk, Run, Jog, mix it up - enjoy yourself and get your medal at the finish line!
KIDS & FAMILY WAVES
Our Kids and Family waves offer many of the same obstacles as our adult waves. The course is held at the end of the day (likely between 11:00am and 11:30am) on a portion of the Adult Course. Our kids course is not timed, however you can add timing to your run if you wish (See Registration Page for Details)

Virtual Run Option Returns
Can't make the date? Run any 5K within 10 before/after WinterDash and earn a BoldrDash T-Shirt and Medal.
What's the catch? You need to run BoldrDash Style... Grab your Boldr and head out on your run! Snap a photo and send it to reg@boldrdashrace.com to submit for your swag!

There will also be a ton of Raffles - raising funds for Find Your Bold, a Rhode Island non-profit organization founded by BoldrDash President, Lynn Hall in 2015 - 100% of the proceeds from the on-site raffle will be donated directly to the organization. Find Your Bold is committed to empowering individuals to conquer their fears and perceived limitations.
